The Kenya Film Classification Board (KFCB) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 and its Regulations. As a data controller, we determine the purpose and means of processing personal data. Personal data refers to any information to an identified or identifiable natural person.
This Privacy Notice details how we collect, use, disclose, transfer and store personal data submitted to KFCB in the execution of its mandate under the Films and Stage Plays Act, Cap 222 on its website and affiliated portals.
